As an Innovation Coach with Oak Ridge Schools with over 20 years of experience in education, I am passionate about empowering educators and students through STEM, computer science, artificial intelligence, design thinking, and innovative instructional practices. I collaborate with schools, organizations, and community partners to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that foster creativity, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving.
As the founder of Collins Innovation Hub and the Board The STEAM Train (BTST) Design Challenge Program, I champion coaching, professional learning, equitable opportunities, and strategic partnerships that inspire future-ready classrooms.
My mission is to empower every learner with the confidence, skills, and mindset to innovate, lead, and make a positive impact.
